We understand that you want to support your employees when they leave your business through redundancy or other reasons.  

We guide and counsel people through this difficult period, helping them deal with the changes they face with pragmatic assistance with interview skills and updating CVs etc.

We offer interactive workshops with a maximum of 12 attendees (to ensure individual attention) with a one to one meeting to go through individual concerns.  We find that people just need guidance and confidence building to move ahead.  

Alternatively your employees may prefer to receive 1-2-1s instead. The service is not set in stone and can be amended to suit your particular needs.

Our Outplacement Support programme enables you to:

WORKSHOP - FINDING WORK

Our one day interactive workshop provides people with important tools to manage their job search, boosting their confidence in managing the changes ahead.  Our workshops include CV development, applying for jobs, networking, interviews and assessment preparation, interview practice.

ONE TO ONE CONSULTATIONS

Your employees have a choice - they can choose to focus on their individual CV or if they want help building their confidence at interview then we coach them in interview skills incorporating NLP techniques.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS AVAILABLE

ABILITY AND PERSONALITY TESTS

You can give your employees the option to undertake ability and/or personality tests and receive practical and professional feedback (by British Psychological Society qualified Consultants) on their strengths and weaknesses, helping them to prepare ahead (additional fee applies).

ONGOING ONE TO ONE SUPPORT

You may also opt to provide for additional ongoing one to one support (additional fee applies).
